OneAlert

It's a good idea to use a reminder application, especially if you have a lot of tasks to do everyday and you don't want to miss any of them. Even though there are numerous such applications available on the software market, few of them match the simplicity and functionality of OneAlert. This Windows application allows you to set up various types of reminders, which can trigger a sound or display a pop-up on your screen whenever it's time to perform a certain task.

The program's installation is nothing to worry about, as the entire process can be completed in a snap, just by following the on-screen instructions. After the installation process is complete and the user launches the application, an icon will be placed in the system tray. Clicking on that icon will display a large calendar on which the user can set up reminders. It's enough to double click on a specific day of a calendar to be able to configure a new reminder. When double clicking on a day, a new window will be displayed, on which the user can type the reminder's caption, some text and, optionally, enter the time and date.

When clicking on the advance button, the window will be expanded and the user will have access to additional options. These options allow the user to choose a sound to be played when the reminder runs and also configure the program to send an automatic email. What's more, he can configure OneAlert to repeat the alert action at a specific time interval, to be sure that he sees it.

By right clicking on the program's icon in the system tray and choosing the "Manage reminders" option or by pressing the F6 key, the user is able to open a reminder managing window, in which he can easily view all configured reminders and can modify any of them with a single click.
